Bismarck State College North Dakota's Polytechnic Institution's BILT model is a collaborative leadership model that allows business and industry to offer direct input in the development of college programs. This is an engaging approach to connect college programs to industry leaders.

Programs are advised by industry leaders to ensure the curriculum and hands-on learning students are conducting is exactly what employers need them to know. As a polytechnic, BSC builds the talent so employees and employers can build products and services and be successful together.

This program allows employers to craft the training their future employees receive to ensure they are career ready their first day on the job.

Hosting three separate national business assistance and resource programs, the network provides these services to individuals and businesses throughout the state – at no cost.

Innovate North Dakota is a voucher reimbursement program to help North Dakota entrepreneurs further their business by supporting customer and market research.  Through expert guidance from business coaches at Entrepreneurial Centers, Innovate ND provides the entrepreneurial community of North Dakota the resources needed to help turn an innovative idea into a profitable business.

Impact Dakota is a business consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations become more than they are today. We offer products and services including:

Employers – ND’s Working Parents Child Care Relief (WPCCR) pilot program aims to help you attract and retain employees – specifically parents who need child care and may be experiencing challenges due to the high cost of infant and toddler care.

This cost-sharing pilot program focuses on families with young children (birth – 36 months) because this is when they face the greatest economic pressure and make critical decisions about how and if to rejoin the workforce. For example, as an employer, if you invest at least $300 per employee, per month, in a paid child care benefit, the state will match it (at $300/employee/month) for your qualifying employees.

The Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) is a one-stop-shop for service members, veterans, and military spouses looking to start, purchase, or grow a business. Located nationwide, VBOCs provide training workshops, including Boots to Business and Boots to Business Reboot programs, as well as business development assistance such as training, advising and mentoring, and resource referrals.
